As creative people, we feel safe when we are in our studios diligently designing our next new project or practicing for an upcoming performance. We balance being alone by meeting with like minds in galleries, concerts, libraries, dance halls, theaters.

We need to allow our minds the freedom from daily clutter of concerns.  When we do, we find ourselves in a wondrous space of solitude.   A place where ideas flow and productivity can prevail.   There is no need to compare ourselves or our creative output with other people.   We are meant to embrace uniqueness; to explore and develop our creative abilities.
